Fishdom Pack 70% off
includes: Fishdom, Fishdom: Frosty Splash, Fishdom: Harvest Splash, Fishdom: Spooky Splash, Fishdom H20: Hidden Odyssey.
Steam added Big Fish Games catalogue today, but only 15-20 of their games.
I'm eyeing Mystery Case Files Collection, $26.99 right now. Buying them individually on BFG's own site costs $34.95 (5*$6.99)...
do you guys know what was the lowest price for them(games 1-5) on BFG? did they sold a collection in the past or not?

They don't sell collections on their site, but some of those games (especially the Ravenhearst ones) occasionally sell for $2.99 as the daily deal. Also, if you're thinking of buying 6 games, you'd be best of joining Big Fish as you'd then get a free game.
Basically, they have what they call a "punchcard" system, where for every 6 games you buy in one month, you get a code to claim a free game the following month.
Also, the pack on Steam does not contain all the MCF games, as it's missing the latest one, Dire Grove.

I have now. He's right although he omits the fact that there are just as many people playing DSes and PSPs as there are those playing on phones (at least for commutes). And a lot of the top selling DS games are certainly causal and meta-gaming in style. The current top one is sommat to do with those Mii avatars -- a game which won't release in the West until they can figure out how to handle speech apparently.
As Gree, etc., they've come under fire recently for not clearly advertising that their "free" games actually carry micro-transaction charges. Sure, the games start off free (for perhaps the first 5 levels or so) but then, you'll have to purchase upgrades which are being charged for in yen, despite the player being given the impression that they are simply spending in-game currency that is not costing them real world currency. People have racked up bills equivalent to several thousand dollars as a result, simply by playing one game.
It's also sad to think that those mobile games are getting more air time now than for PC based games (the last time I say an advert for a PC game was last year for CSS online) and before that it'd be adverts for "free-to-play" (Korean) MMOs.
It'd be nice if the casual portals would attempt to advertise the existence of PC casual games -- a lot of people have PCs now for the internet, so there's a good market for them if people are made aware of them. And both Big Fish and Pop Cap already have Japanese portals along with at least one local portal (although I can't remember its name).
I read regulary GameZebo's news.As i see the casual game market slowly moves from normal PC games into social websites and mobil phones.

Thanks, bansama.
Didn't know about this punchcard sys, and I've stated games 1-5, as I don't care much about the 6th game.
Getting all 5 games on BFG for like $2.99 would be neat (neat if that will happen for 1-5, that is), but it is intended for gifting and so the steam client would be easier to use/install the games, I guess.
Gifting is available on BGF.And they are using their own BFG client .

Have you tried the demo yet? It looks like it might be a tower defense but I haven't had time to download and try it yet.
