Until December, there will be no weekly BBBBOB giveaway. This is for several reasons...
For one, we are attempting some changes / maintenence to the administration side of things, but we could also do with a break.
Aside from being time consuming, the giveaways and all of the can be quite draining when combined with all of the additional work that goes into this particular format.
We have also noted an amount of entrants either utterly unaware of the new additional rule:

...or perhaps purposely ignoring it in the hope we dont notice.
During this "downtime" that rule will remain in effect, so please take this time to carefully consider it and what it means.
We have also noted an increasing number of you, who have not had a balanced approach to their time on the forums regarding rule #3

...rather than exclude so many, we ask that you take the next four weeks to attend to that, and perhaps search your own username to see how your posting may appear.

That said... we WILL be doing some "flash" giveaways in the next few weeks - including a few different formats we have been eager to try out for some fun - and a little less "admin work" as even foxworks is starting to gonk at the thought of spreadsheets. O____o~

6: No one with punctuation/symbol (such as * . _ ) as a component of their forum name will be allowed to enter due to its use by a minority to circumvent forum search / offsite search of forum activity. This stands in line with and reinforces rule #3. Contact GOG support to update your username.

7: No participation in open code dumping and/or grabbing in ninja or similar threads. Please read THIS for more info regarding this rule.

During this break, we will not be accepting donations via PM. While the regular "online form" donator method will still be available to those on the subscribed list. For those of you who donate with moderate regularity, and who would be interested, please PM Sachys about a trial run using dropbox.com for you to upload text or spreadsheet files of your donations. Note: the dropbox method will require passing a valid email address.

Lastly, games donated during this period will be added to the gloriously gluttonous return of the BBBBOB weekly giveaway at the start of December!
