Hey guys,
Since Gog has access to EA's back catalogue now, any chance for The Bard's Tale 1,2,3 or Dragon War's ever making it to GOG?.
Use the wishlist, dude...

inXile just published the original and destiny knight on the back of their 2004 version on iOS. Its been on sale for nearly two weeks at $2, for all three games (not Bard's Tale 3, yet).
I thonk now with the $19.99 Pandoras box opened, System Shock 2, Bards Tale, etc should coincidently appear shortly.

Why on earth would they charge (and justify charging) any of those games for that sort of price? :/

My point was, I don't think EA has the rights to release them here on GOG. They where included with the PC version of the 2004 game as well, which wasn't published by EA either, was it?

You do know that GOG would make more money by selling AC and HoMM V for 10$? And that the publisher sets the prices.

Having a look around, looks like Vivendi Universal (where have i heard this name from)is the one hawking the 2004 version. Might get it just for the originals.
Anyone know if the originals included with that work properly with windows 7 etc?

A producers primary responsibility is to sell each product at the highest price the market will bear. This is why Bobby Kottick has failed the market by selling his Call of Duty games at a significant discount.

I have that version here, it does indeed include the old titles, im not sure if all of them are there, since im not familiar with Bards Tale series. I still havent even touched it, i bought it recently (paid 12 dollars for it, with everything included, box and manual) and i have a huge backlog to deal with, but ill test it when i have some spare time. Ill let you know when i do. It probably works fine, since when it was released we had xp around, so they had to get it working for that OS. Most things that were made for xp work fine on Vista/7. The problems appear when you try to run something designed to work on an OS older than xp.
