Just wanted to say thank you for these forums. You guys allow us from all over the world and talk and debate on things that not many other corporate forums would allow. Sure things get heated at times, but usually its a total misunderstanding and usually calms down. Guess what im saying is thanks for allowing us the benefit of the doubt and allowing us to police ourselves and more or less discuss just about any topic, from opinions on games, to DRM, to pirates and their troubles, and not seeing not a single locked topic over it. Its great to be able to come here without fear and discuss things with fellow gamers and not have to worry about a moderator or admin get their panties in a twist and lock and ban everyone.

So again thanks, this community here is second to none and really glad to be part of it. Most mature bunch of gamers ive seen in my entire life, and things do get heated in some topics but we all are mature enough to chill out and calm down and even continue the discussion.
Are you trying to make the absence of GoG staff look like a perk?

Kidding.

I'm a troubled pirate!

Kidding again.

Yeah, despite the minor issues this is the least hostile gaming forum on the net. Probably why there's not much policing necessary.

Yes, but they tried just deleting the images first. Then they decided that it was going to take bleach to get that stain out.

It wasn't just that porn was getting posted. It was that the wrong kind of porn was getting posted.

(I'm going to regret posting this later.)

Edit
On topic: Yeah, I guess this is one of the friendlier gaming forums, which is good. I still see some things I don't like from other forums, but this place is a lot better than, say, some of the largest Garry's Mod forums.

Let's hope GoG/CD Projekt never get overtaken or give in to a mainstream corporation.

Stay independent, GoG!

It would be sort of hard for them to not let us discuss DRM and pirates. Thats half their selling point.

Yeah, Pirates need a place to discuss their troubles too like RapidShare charging extra for more storage space. XD
