I would just like to say what a brilliant service all round, great games and great community, I'm glad to see, in an age of digital downloads, that someone hasn't forgotten out great gaming past, now we can play them on our new systems, keep up the great work, which I am sure will be here for years to come...
GOG,
I wan't to thank you guys too. It's an awesome service. Keeping it DRM free is one of the biggest things you can do for the community and customers.
Also, I like how You manage to ad manuals, soundtracks, avatars - all that extra stuff that makes it even more worth it.
So happens, I bought my third copy of Fallout 2 from here, just for the added bonuses :)
The effort you guys have made to ensure these titles work on Vista is also great thing, big effort.
The quality of the site, games, is beyond awesome. The installers are sleek, and everything works like a charm. Site is cool, feature rich, but I guess you will add new features as you go on.
Offering quality games for cheap, well that must have been a daring decision to make. I certainly hope we will see more good old games in the future.
Great games of yesteryear + DRM free = Pure awesomeness.
(Well actually, anything DRM free is awesome. :P )

Agreed, excellent service!
No words can truly express how grateful I am for this service.
Great games at low prices, without DRM (and that means not having to have an Internet connection to play a singleplayer game, like Steam), and already configured to run on modern systems with modern OSes for the most part. What more could you ask for, except for an even bigger and better game catalogue?
Thanks to this site, I finally own full versions of both MDK titles, Hostile Waters, and Giants. My purchases probably won't stop there, either, especially if they get classics like Thief, System Shock, Terra Nova, Magic Carpet, and all other sorts of great games from years past in their catalog.
GOG is amazing. I've already told all of my friends about it, and they are eager to sign up (they missed the beta... sucks for them).
Bless you a thousand times GOG. You have no idea how long we've all waited for something like this. When I win the lottery i promise to buy you a $100,000 dollars worth of illegal fireworks in gratitude :).
Thankyou again.
This service is awesome!!
The 3 things I love:
No DRM
What I buy - I always own and can re download (love this!!!)
Old games I never got around to, but always wanted too.
I'm loving my first kick at Fallout 2
Keep up this great beginning
At first I thought this would be a great idea but at the same time I was a bit sceptic about the whole thing.
But you guys exceeded all my expectations by far, the way you started the beta is something a lot of companies can be jealous about.
I big thanks to all of you!!
GOG is quite obviously the best thing since sliced bread.
And you can quote me on that.
Just stopping in to say that I have never been more pleased with a digital delivery service in my life.
Or any way to buy games, really.
This is just too great.
I fully support this site/project. I'd spread the word more than I have if I knew more people.
So far, it has managed to do everything right, and has made me rather happy. Cheap, DRMless, XP/Vista compatiable, bonus-extra enabled nostalgia with an emoticon heart.
Can't say more than what's already said..
A service that provides old games at an excellent price (some retailers still charge an arm and a leg for some of these games here in Australia), no DRM and the fact that I own the game once I buy it (meaning I can download it and install it however many times, whenever I want)? Pure awesomeness.
Thank GoG for GoG!
Thank you!
The mere fact that this site started made me love it. Then I saw the price, and your initial lineup... pure bliss! The fact that we get more than just the game is also outstanding, but you know what really did it for me? The fact that you take your time making a modlist in the forum for the game. That you actually do that is just amazing. I love GoG!
