I suppose that they might do it again sometime this morning. Hopefully I won't miss it again if they do a third sale.

My guess is that they plan on offering it in two hours blocks every day of the 'Halloween' promotion/content and it continues to November 2nd.

It's weekend now, I don't know if someone from Valve goes to work to set the deal. Perhaps they'll do it from their home if anything.
