Vote number actually has relatively little influence, since Syndicate was made by Bullfrog, Bullfrog IPs are with Electronic Arts, and I have no doubt GOG are trying to get EA to sign on.
I hope GOG and EA can make an agreement, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Well, it would be a shame for my finances and self esteem considering how much I've spent on the eBay to get me a brand-new copy of Syndicate+American Revolt, but hey....
