Hello everyone I don't know about you but I really like games with a servival mode to them like Cod: Zombies or GOW horde mode. I was wondering if there were any games on pc (other than cod) that have a really good servival mode to it.
I guess Killing Floor would qualify for this although I never put much time into it myself.
Don't Starve and Miasmata? Or would they be outside the genre you're looking for?

Alien Shooter 2 has several entertaining survival modes (don't remember about the other Alien/Zombie Shooter games)
King Arthur's Gold (Classic) has a zombie survival mode, being the only single-player mode in the game, mind you.
Unreal Tournament 2004 has its Invasion mode if I remembered the name correctly.
Serious Sam 3 also has a good and very tough survival mode (mostly depends on the map).
Alan Wake's American Nightmare also has one.

cj13810: snip
UT 2004 has something like that, but it's not really like the one in CoD.
In other words you want games that have challenge (Survive as much as you can) as a secondary option instead of as the main gameplay.

You might look into something like "Super Amazing Wagon Adventure", or if you want from this website specifically, "Defender's Quest" is about the only thing I can think of.

I want a horde mode so. yes if I get your answer correctly.

Both of those games you'll have to unlock a horde/infinite mode but they should work. You could also look into "Kill All Orcs" on one of the other networks, but that's less "Mode" than "The Entire Game"
this might be to much to ask but does anyone know of any free games that are just a horde mode. maybe there is one on Desura

Left 4 Dead 2 has a pretty good survival mode though it's not wave-based, you just fight off hordes of infected for as long as you can. Also, as Pheace said Killing Floor is a good one.
Are you looking for first person perspective or will isometric view suffice? Crimsonland is loads of fun. It's just isometric.

These should be the demos here.

Dis, it's a great wave-based survival game.
