What is with the build times and resource requirements with the later stages of the tech tree, millions of energy, 80 minutes to build somethings wtf man. How many resource buildings and storage units are need for that.


On another note has anyone else noticed the spelling mistake in the little blurb about marking topics as questions?

Well... just speed up the game a bit. Might help. It's one of the + signs in the keyboard. - will get the speed back to slow.

As for + - keys i admit i didnt try that and i think it would be annoying going back and forth when there is an opponent but ill try

you know that you can assist? Dont use use just one engineer/SCU use 20+ of em.
And resources can be raised pretty much exponentially, so if you lack them you likely should`ve built more before starting an game-ender (which are supposed to be ridiculous expensive and wont be built until very late in the game).

Oh, more workers might work - I was having lots of trouble in Dawn of War until I discovered that unlike Galactic Battlegrounds, you can stack workers doing tasks >.<

Yep. I dont know if you refer to Supcom or Supcom:FA, for the first its actually better to never upgrade the extractor, in the second one you upgrade extractors and put 4 masstorage adjacent to it (best after T2 upgrade - raises output 50% in case you dint know) before going massfarms (massfabs build adjacent to Powergens so they draw way less energy).

Another option is to spam SCUs and give them the RAS Upgrade. Less efficient but alot more durable than massfarms which can take down your base if they blow up.

Don't worry. I don't care about Rep that much. Just glad i could help a little. And the rest of the guys are right, it's all about farming insane amounts of energy and mass before going experimental.

And don't forget to go mass producing experimentals... it's all the fun! :D
