News! Sorta. Captivate has a news embargo which lifts at 4pm GMT today which coincides with this tweet from Yoshinori Ono:

Asked simply, "When will we have SSFIV for PC?" Ono replied, "Plz wait until 12th Apr. 8am PST. ;).

In related news the ESRB rating page now lists SSFIV on PC so I would say that's confirmed then. 4pm GMT we will get the official announcement and hopefully a nice new trailer.

Ed Boon on twitter said there were 'talks' about a PC version ongoing. Make of that what you will. Probably nothing will happen but at least they are discussing it.

Wait, so people who own SF4 on PC will get an update or something? I never bought SF4 because I didn't think Capcom would release an expansion...

No existing console owners of Super Street Fighter IV can upgrade to the Arcade Edition with DLC. Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition will also be a seperate release for consoles and PC.
