and okay, this is getting too hard to watch. If anyone is interested who gets the NatGeo channel, they are broadcasting a bunch of goldfish swimming around in a bowl for the next eight hours or so. I shit you not. XD Mind you, every once in a while they put a toy in the bowl or set up something next to the bowl so it's not quite as dull as one would at first think.

But apparently, they also need to get better about the QBs they pick. Weeden shouldn't have even been a first round pick to begin with, and questions were already surrounding Brady Quinn. Colt McCoy, I have no idea where to begin with...but yeah, it's a pretty odd conundrum, considering we were once the home of Bernie Kosar, a franchise QB by any one's measure.

If the Seahawks can keep the Broncos from scoring again and themselves score another touchdown, it will be the largest blow out in superbowl history.

I didn't watch it, but based on everybody's comments, would anybody say that it was the worst Super Bowl in recent times or even one of the worst Super Bowls ever?

But yeah, it wasn't a very good game in other respects, the broncos only barely scored in the 3rd quarter and not at all in the fourth.

Yes, and commercial wise as well. And people were worried about being outdoors in a northern stadium. I think this may have been a better game if it was held last week in NJ instead of this week.

I liked the Bud Lite commercial with Arnold Schwarzenegger playing ping-pong and a llama (and some other stuff). I also liked the Stephen Colbert pistachio commercial. Scarlett Johansson is pretty cute (so I liked the advert on that score), but I don't really think it was a good commerical for SodaStream (although, since I remember it, I guess it was a win). The muppets in the Toyota commerical were funny, but I had to rewind the commerical on my DVR tot remember that it was for Toyota (so, a bad advert).
EDIT:
Oh yeah, more on topic, I sort of liked how the oldest coach in the NFL won with the youngest team in the NFL (tied, if I remember what the commentators said correctly).

Well, that was... something. Definitely something. Like the kind of something that should come with mandatory retirement for all involved.
I grew up in Washington State, so I shamelessly switched teams and started cheering for the Seahawks toward the end. The Broncos were just a train wreck in every aspect of the game, and if I wanted to watch a bunch of people who suck at their job, I'd hang around a local UPS. Their fans deserved better, and the team had better come out with a public apology for their performance.
On the bright side, it was a comedy of errors, so if the goal was to entertain fans by providing fans with reasons to erupt in disbelieving, borderline-hysterical laughter, the Super Bowl was a success in every sense of the word.
