Wow... After all of these years and the probably 15-20 times I had seen this episode, I just noticed Bill Murray in the wedding scene at the end staring at the "nude" Majel Barrett. (you can also see her coverup at the start of the scene.. lol... What's the scoop on this? Were they dating or something, or was it just a random cameo appearance?

Just blew my mind that I never noticed, and just had to share.. lol..

I haven't seen this episode, so I can't be sure, but the [url=http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Cost_of_Living_(episode)]Star Trek wiki[/url] doesn't mention him, and I can't find a single reference that he's *ever* appeared on TNG. It may just be a guy who looks a bit like him.

Either that or one of his brothers, but while they'd both have been active during that time period neither one is credited with being there.

Interesting find, but ...

a) I don't think that's Bill Murray
b) Even if he had been there, the idea of him dating the widow of the show's creator a mere weeks after he died (if I estimate the production dates correctly) might not be the most plausible explanation for it. ;)

Just for fun I put in a shot of the real Bill Murray from Groundhog Day (about the same timeframe) with that guys toupee! :-) Creepy or funny (maybe neither).. I will let you decide.. haha.. :-)
