Competitive Counter-Strike versus staring at naked women? Honestly, I don't blame them for not looking (especially since the girls looked somewhat "well traveled" for the most part).
Remember, this is basically their job. Money, reputation, and professional pride is on the line. So they can either stare at a stripper now (and lose), or keep working and look at all the strippers they want to later.
However, I would actually be interested in a more empirical study of this. See a graph of "performance" versus proximity to stripper (with a third variable of how naked the stripper is).
Plus, I am fairly certain that they glanced while they were waiting to respawn and the like. Unfortunately, the story is a lot more boring if it is "People tend to look at strippers when they are waiting to respawn".
