I suppose, whatever he feels will make his point. But, PIPA and SOPA took a few million people and dozens of corporations around a year to make a strong enough cause to stop them. I don't think two days is enough to rally enough the same number of people without a mass notification, and the argument would be weaker considering that it's already in the U.S, it's already in a number of different countries, the argument would only be relevant from people in nations that haven't signed yet.

Im curious, does ACTA start as soon as the law is signed, or do more countries have to sign it first? is there actually a "Starting date" or is it effective immdiately...

There's a lot going on here to prevent ACTA from being signed. Hackers have attacked polish government websites and there were a few quite large demonstrations, but from what i heard in the media our prime minister stated that it's already too late for us not to sign it. Why am i not surprised.

Unfortunately this video is in Polish language, but there is a lot of Poles here so I thought it would be good to let them know this way.

In short: Polish government is planing to introduce an act which will have some "silly" notations - they could be compared to what ACTA stated. Internet service providers will be able (and probably will do that to avoid bureaucracy) to shut down service (web page, internet access etc.) while basing only on "reliable information" which could be delivered by anybody - there will be no need of judgment in court.
