The hardest achievement I completed was for Beat Hazard: Survive for 10 minutes while listening to cheesy Christmas music.

First attempt I died after 8 minutes. Having to willingly subject myself to another 10 minutes, including justin beiber.. oh god.

What an insidious achievement.

Actually, there is a bug with this achievement that makes it incredibly easy.

1) Start the survival mode, play a minute or two (just for fun) then pause the game and minimize to the desktop.

2) Wait at the desktop for a minute or two then maximize the game window. Leave the game on pause until the music then stops (yes, the internet radio feed cuts out!).

3) Once the music has stopped, unpause the game and die. You will not respawn and the counter keeps on going. With no music the number of enemies slowly increases but moving very slowly and you still can't spawn.

4) Once you've waited for the 10 minute mark (you can choose to wait further to get the 20 minute achievements too) you'll need to press escape to quit the game as you can't spawn so the game cannot end by itself. You won't get a highscore time as the game didn't finish but you get the achievements.
