Well, started off slow...both Rainbow Six Vegas games, Sniper Elite and Foreign Legion Buckets of Blood for $18 and change. Tropico 3 at half off is a DEFINITE buy if I don't get it for Christmas. :)
Hmm, wonder if they'll reduce Fallout 3 GOTY on Steam, too. Well, further reduce it. I'd also like to grab Sacred 2 but I'll probably just get it retail for $10.

Be careful of that Fallout 3 GOTY.
Apparently the retail version has a lot of problems such as crashing very often, missing textures and so on.

It's Bethesda. Their Fallout 3 expansions all launched broken. I would never buy a product from them day one.
I should also mention something I realized after playing Shellshock 2 because it was in the Eidos pack. Want proof that Rebellion is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, unable to make a decent modern game besides the proof you got from Rogue Warrior? Play Shellshock 2. Broken doesn't even begin to describe it.
Thanks for the heads-up. I'm downloading KOTOR! It was something like £3.50 and you can't really go wrong for that much!
I have so far purchased:
Foreign Legions: Buckets of Blood
Shadowgrounds 2 pack.
Indigo Prophecy (Ya'll said it was good, I hope it is.)
About 9 bucks.
Fixing to purchase:
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (I think I can just barely run it, but if not, hey 2 bucks for a game I can run in the future.)
Braid.
Complete Shooter Pack (Alien, Zombie, etc... I have a thing for top-down shooters.)
Wants to buy but needs some info:
Star Wars: Republic Commando (Does it run well on Vista?)
Star Wars: Jedi Academy (Same as above?)
Deus Ex: GOTYEdition (How well does it run on modern hardware and Vista?)
The Hitman Collection (Same for the first game and the rest is Vista compatibility.)
FYI, I have shitty Internet ATM, so I can't really get demos. Please help. =)
Steam added a new list called "Current top sellers", on the front page.
I don't get it, why so many people buy MW2 and L4D2 at that high price knowing that maybe they'll get a better discount in the next days. And yes, I'm considering that a lot of people must be gifting it before christmas, but it's sad, instead of getting Stalker for $2 on the first place even if your current pc won't run it well, among other games. I've noticed that killing floor dropped from $9.99 to $7.49.
And don't buy Machinarium on steam, buy it at the developer site for the same $10 and you'll get the soundtrack and Samorost2 as a bonus there:

It doesn't have quake IV, quake wars, and wolfenstein (2009). But a nice price, sure. ;)

Hmmm, must just be in your region -- still shows as $9.99 in the U.S.

Yes, confirmed it now. KF is $9.99 in the U.S. and $7.49 in Brazil.
I'd rather buy Bioshock for $7.49 but it is restricted here, as almost all rockstar games and 2k games. Just borderlands and a few oldies are available here.

Rohan15: Indigo Prophecy (Ya'll said it was good, I hope it is.)

It is, the story gets a bit "Whaa?" 3/4 of the way through but for the most part its an excellent game. Be sure to do the ini mod that allows you to view the mind destroying hardcore digital pornography or you won't get the full experience

Eh, I already have those. Granted, I have Quake II, Quake III, and Doom 3 + expansion, but I never had the mission packs, the original Doom (Had PSX version of Doom/Doom 2). I also have an OLD copy of Quake but I have no idea where it is, but as long as I can install Tenebrae on it, I'm good.

Please, explain. IS it modifying a certain file? I suck at that stuff.
