I must be one of the few people left who don't own a copy of this game, and I've wanted to try it out for a long time. Thanks for the giveaway, I'm entering :).

Does anyone know how long it takes www.steamgifts.com support to get back to you? The winner of my Beat Hazard Ultra giveaway already owned the game, so I've asked them to re-draw a winner from the remaining 3 participants.

I'm not sure, but I think you have to wait 7 days before ask for a re-roll.

Seems steamgifts support is a bit slow moving. I think they have a LOT of those tickets to deal with every day. I read 1 week is pretty normal. Maybe that's they have that 1 week before the receiver can mark as not-received policy.

And i think they are having a little more work with the updated rules...

Average response time was 10 minutes when lokonopa was still in business.
