Speaking of the ship, I just got a gift copy(I think) with gyokozoli's copy(Which I won from him/her.).....how does one gift it out via steamgifts?

On the menu bar at the top is a "giveaways" dropdown.
One of the options is "create giveaway"
Double check all the options you choose because, once you've started the giveaway, you CANNOT change any mistakes you made!
Especially important if you accidentally select the wrong game!!
