It might be your DNS. Try to use 8.8.8.8 (Google's official DNS which I'm using right now)

Cheers grynn for the IP but I think the problem lies with my ISP. Adding new IP to the hosts file helped for now.

Edit your hosts file so you've got two lines for steamgifts:
65.98.60.2 www.steamgifts.com
65.98.60.2 steamgifts.com
