It's a big country. Maybe it's harder to track culprits from those sites or laws are different. Who knows.
A lot of casino-sites resides in malta. Well, in Finland RAY almost has a monopoly but not in the net. I can lose money in many sites.
And my browser says that gog-site is in canada, where I believe torrenting and all is still legal.

Bottom line, I have no idea about most of the things. =)

My first giveaway ended last night and someone tried to scam it straight away lol. I had already read about this sort of thing in the forums and the real winner redeemed it straight away and contacted me, funny and scary at the same time.

Well someone changes their name and avatar to match the winner, friend you, and I would assume ask for the prize.
Though if you check the profile of this "winner" you might notice something odd about the name.

Someone tried to do it to me, though he didn't get farther than trying to friend me before I blocked him.

Lol something like that, same Steam name,avatar and steam ID bar 1 letter changed. I showed it to the real winner and he got a bit freaked out. It was pretty simple to catch since he couldnt tell me his email address that shows up for me send it to.
