The formula for points is listed there I think. Basically everyone generates points over time as new giveaways are created. A little paradoxically the creator of a giveaway doesn't get points from it, but an individual giveaway's points are chump change in the end anyway, so that kinda makes sense that they can't generate points if they need extra points "right now" or something I guess.

It's funny, but there aren't many games I'm interested in right now. Instead of leaping on random stuff, I'm trying to do what the site intends and only go for things I want.

Where are the damn TBS's? :(

In most cases, the chance of winning is lower than one in a hundred, often one in several hundred (And on a particular giveaway I saw earlier today, nearly one in two thousand). With such chances, statistically you'd be required to enter over two hundred giveaways to have a sure (95%) chance of winning at least one.
