Kabuto: Planet Annihilation alpha is $17. Didn't see that coming. Wasn't the game never supposed to drop under $40 before final release?
It seems Steam is price dropping your game whether you want it or not.

Who says that? I have never heard of any distributor setting a price against the will of the publisher / rights owner. Standard contracts reserve the last word for price changes for the publisher, always.

I don't know, but it's been in Early Access for over a year now -- and it dropped below 30$ already in March, so not too surprising that it gets a 66% daily during the summer sale.
Took Outlast (with no DLC, price too high) and Battleblock Theatre, now my wish is reduced by two games.
And all with credits from card selling :D
Anyone know what is happening with Summer Adventure Card 1 (the one with the sun)? Its price dropped from 0.25€ to 0.03€, then rose back to 0.17€. then dropped back to 0.03€, all within 10 minutes.

Glitch? Rich people having fun causing chaos in the market?

Don't know, but Valve raised the price of Outlast of 1€ :l

...or simply a lot of bots. Wouldn't surprise me at all.

Noticed that, I guess somebody dumped a bunch or two of them in the market at near zero value (at 0.03 there's a return of only 0.01 due to fees), just to get rid of them ASAP. After all of those were gone, things normalized a little.

Since you can place automated mass buy/sell orders for these items the potential for fluctuation is huge compared to items sold "normally".

I rejected your common sense, and purchased Planetary Annihilation anyway.
If you guys are considering getting X Rebirth, don't bother. Sure, it has some improvements, but I think it's still not as good as X3.

Get X3: Terran War Pack instead. Much better deal in my opinion, and it's better than X Rebirth.

Woohoo... Orion: Dino Horde.... again.... for 75% off this time instead of the 90% off it was before. I just can't contain myself. {sigh}

I'm just waiting on Fallout 3 GOTY for $4.99.
skyrim bundle cheaper than holiday sale when I picked skyrim up, DLC still expensive. why did I pick skyrim up.

[I don't know what I expected.]

tomb raider collection 80% poof, gone.
