Darn! I was SO hoping that the flash sales that included Teslagrad and Stick it to the Man! was going to be the next (now current) set! ;_;

AttObl: Okay guys, I'll try running two games at once so that I can idle for cards.

Hopefully I'll get some card drops when I get back home.
I wouldn't do that... I read somewhere that if you have more than one Steam game running at a time that it is aware of that and intentionally reduces the frequency of card drops significantly on purpose to stop people from trying to game the system just to get cards. I don't remember where I read it but I believe it was some official Valve statement somewhere. Not hard to google and find likely if anyone is concerned much though.

Personally I find games drop all of their cards within a few hours of play anyway (whether you actually play or not) although I never purposefully leave a game running for card drops (I don't really care about them really). So it's not that hard for someone to get all of the cards in short order anyway.

So far, the community chose the group I didn't vote for, every single time.

In the current vote I actually misclicked, let's see how that affects the pattern ... ;)

You are right. When I got back home, I only got one card while running two games. I will run each game one at a time to get the cards from now on.

Also, the community choices are pretty good right now. On one hand, you got Metal Slug 3. On the other side, you have ArmA III and Insurgency.

I voted for the latter.

And another edit: Is Risk of Rain any good? It's $2.50 on the Flash Sales.

There's a Risk of Rain 4-Pack that looks pretty interesting.

It's getting pretty good reviews, at least.

Impaler26: Just stumbled over a nice game for anime fans like me:

Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae - 2.49€
avatar
Psyringe: Only if you enjoy repetitive melee battles against exactly the same enemies again and again and again ... ;)

If you consider spending 2.50€ on this game, I'd recommend watching TotalBiscuit's WTF first.
Gotta thank you for posting that video, I didn't even want the game but I checked it out and enjoyed it, could use it for a few other games I had my eye on.
Rather annoying that Frozen Synapse is only sold in two-packs.
From reading some of you GOGers choices, I got me Culpa Innata too, and Super House of Dead Ninjas.

One at a few cents and I highly recommend is : http://store.steampowered.com/app/200910/

Sequence, think Puzzle quest and rhythm.. Well worth the low price!!
When will GOG have 75% off on Shadowrun Return?

The videos made me laugh, certaintly. :)
The discount lasts til the 30th so I'll think about it since I'm not very good at rhythm games.

No, GOG has Shaowrun Returns at $4.99 as part of it's rotating flash sale, 66% off.

I know, but I am hoping that GOG will match the discount. :P

Kinda disappointed that the DLC is not discounted just as much.

Why every game I want (and I vote for) do'n't win?

Really, Valdis Story, Spelunky, Teslagrad...no one win :l

Sorry, my bad... I've got 2 Steam accounts and I keep voting for the opposite group of games. ;oP
