I dont think so unless steam finds cause to revoke them, but they are more likely just to ban you if they found anything bad enough to revoke a game

You can ask Steam support about it, I think I've read a couple of times on the steampowered forums about people that have been able to have individual games removed. I don't know the likelihood of your success in removing the games, but they might find it a bit suspicious if you want multiple games removed at once =/

Valve used to remove games from Steam accounts if you asked them. These days though, they appear to be less willing to do so. Apparently, removing a game and then trying to buy it again causes all sorts of strange problems.

In the OP's case, they did used to do this, but nowadays they might just suggest you make a new account instead and have the games gifted to that one. Either way, there's no harm in asking. The worst they will say is "no" (once they actually read your question).

Why don't you open just a new account with them for the uncensored games?

That is probably the best option if I don't want strange problems or my account disabled by Steam support. Ok, thank you all for your replies. :)

I let delete 3 games and replaced them with the uncensored versions. Only needed PayPal bills or the CD-Key pictures and some time to explain what i want :) Steam support are very slow and mostly stupid as hell.

To get the uncensored version you need to have someone with access to the uncensored versions GIFT them to you. For example, paypalling a dude from America or something for them to send you a steam gift cert. As far as I know that's the only way to do it.
