DProject: Anyone else feel the sale's been quite lame so far? I haven't bought anything yet and there haven't been anything even remotely interesting for sale on the frontpage. Plus, there aren't even any activities like the coal hunting from last year (granted, the system got abused the hell out of it which explains why they wouldn't be eager to organize something similar); therefor, overall the Steam sale's been a real big letdown. Only game I might pick up with the current prices, is Nation Red.

GOG's sale was tons better.
Bought nothing on Steam, bought nothing on GOG. So far on year end sales I bought one game on Google Play, one on GamersGate and one on Amazon.com.
Would anyone trade a Saints Row: The Third Full Package with me? In Germany there is only a censored version of the game and gifting is the only chance to get this game uncut.

I would give a game in the same price range or slight more as tip from GOG or Steam as gift in return.

Direct Payment via Paypal is possible to, but this would need 2 or three days. I must transfer some money to paypal first - this need 2 "working days" due to bank transfer time.

Edit:
Done. Thank you. ;)

If you own S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat :

The call of duty pricing is simply stupid, BLOPS 1 and MW3 are the SAME price, even though being released a year apart.

Why on earth would they not set BLOPS at £15 or less? I was looking to get it at that price solely for zombies and coop with my nephew, but at that ridiculous price point I won't bother.

Other deals are ok, Sonic: Generations is an excellent port and I have been looking to get that for quite a while, I'll wait for the next flash deals, before making a decision.

EDIT: The prices are fluctuating wildly, wait a while before you purchase anything guys.

hmm endless space is one of those that keeps me looking at it wondering if to buy anyone played it?
Personal opinion and all that, but damn, they gotta be joking with these deals. So far I hardly bought anything and I don't have that many games on Steam anyway.
The Autumn sale was way better than this one until now. I was expecting a big event like last year and not only they didn't do that as they do a crappy sale worts than the 2 previous ones.
50% on the Call of Duty series is a joke, as far as the older games are concerned. I'd buy the War Chest for the campaigns, but after spending $4 less for the whole Dawn of War franchise, it's not worth it.

I'm pretty sure TB did a video on it and as I recall didn't care for the plain UI too much ultimately giving it the old, this one has lots of not fully realized potential. Of course, that is subjective stuff so you may want to google for that and see the game being played.

Here you go. Out of the goodness of my heart I found it for you:

I heard that it's been updated a fair bit since release, though. Anyone played it recently?

Haven't played it yet myself, but some buddies on another forum who do have also mentioned that it has seen A LOT of updates. I'm considering picking it up, too.

Steam had a free weekend for this game about a month ago. I downloaded and while I did enjoy it, there were parts of it that bugged me enough to not want to buy it then. I will however get it when it goes around 75% off or so. Amazon had it for around $8 last week but I'm hoping for just a bit lower within the next week or two. If Steam had it for 75% off today, I would've thought harder about it.

As for what I didn't like the most were the battles. Basically, part of the research trees is offenseive/defensive/sabotage/engineering cards or some such. During battle, there's 3 rounds where you get to play your cards and the outcome is dictated by your choices. It was basically repetitive. Not sure what I just said gives you the true feel behind it but I guess you gotta experience it for yourself. Other than that, its a typical 4x type game.

Edit: I did not run into any bugs while playing it either so those updates probably helped.

Had some good fun so far. I get killed a lot but the moments you're taking someone down can feel very satisfying :)
