Hello everyone, my name is Daniel Recio Salcines, I am a computer engineer with extensive experience since 2005 in the development of software for Microsoft Windows.

I am registered on GOG several years ago and I have many games in my library.

For this and other reasons, I thought I would like to have a software like steam or origin but with the possibility to add games from any source such as GOG games and other pages and that is how SSiVER was born.

SSiVER is a FREE software that lets you manage all your games easily managing all the information of each game from its corresponding profile.

You can download high resolution cover art from the official server for more than 5,000 games and with various styles and if not available you can always create your own covers with its cover art generator.

I have been a long time working on this project and although still not ready, I hope it will be soon.

I know that, GOG Galaxy is currently under development;

Although if you would like more information you can visit the official website:

ssiver.com

Greetings and thank you very much for reading this message.

Se que GOG Galaxy esta también ahora en desarrollo;

Aun así si os gustaría tener más información podéis visitar la web oficial:

Saludos y muchas gracias por leer este mensaje.

cant hurt to check it out i suppose
Sounds promising, but I don't really like to subscribe. One thing though, bad English really doesn't look professional on a page like this. Hire somebody who has experience in this field of work

i said check it out not install it

and damn it my browser crashed !
The site seems to require cookies to display its content, not pleased.
I don't know all the details but if this integrates games from anywhere that you've already installed on your computer, Steam already does this for you (or at least, this is what I've been told, I don't really use Steam).

I think that what people like the most about platforms like Steam is the social aspect: achievements, chatting and knowing what your friends are up to, gaming-wise. And automatic game updates. But I think this application is taking that part away for the sake of integrating games from different places. But hey, all of these is without knowing anything else than this post and seeing screenshots on the website.

The website does look appealing, I gotta admit that. In the line of the current Internet trends.

EDIT: I think my post sounds pessimistic but you've done a good job and that isn't what I want it to sound like. The interface of the application looks neat. I'll definitely check it out if it's free and doesn't make me register.

i personally dont give a good god damn about the "social"aspect of steam
i only care about the sales and the fact that most pc games are steam bound

if the social aspect of steam drops dead tomorrow i wont notice it let alone miss it
but im probably one of the few there
Thanks for your comments.

Initially, the program has not social interaction, is a program to manage and launch any game you have installed on your computer, either a game of steam, origin, gog, drm free ... etc ...

And no, no need to register to use it.

Is there any use to it for a person such as myself that installs a game, plays it, then uninstalls it, so that at any given time there is only one game installed on the PC (alongside hundreds of installers waiting to be played)?

Well in that case.. maybe you don't need one program like this. but with SSiVER although you uninstall the games, these will remain in your library just like other managers like Steam or Origin.

Well, I don't really know what Steam or Origin managers are like, since I only use GOG, but I think I got your meaning. Thanks and good luck.

Did you realize that by utilizing the social aspects of Steam, you could connect with other players that feel the same way you do! Check out these Steam social circles: I Hate Social Media, Everyone Is Different Except Me, and Don't You Dare Contact Me Over the Web You Creep. If none of those appeal to you, you can still earn badges to display your antisocial tendencies to the world! Check out the I've Never Posted A Single Comment badge and the Why Would I Share A Screenshot With You? badge!
