Alright, I absolutely love games like SSB, whether original, Melee, or Brawl. I've even tried and liked (not as much as Brawl) the new Playstation All-Stars. I'm wondering if there are any similar games around, free or otherwise, for PC, as I don't actually have a console. Just something where you get 4 characters, each with their own abilities, in a SF/Takken like fight, but with much more freedom.

Also, a personal favorite part of Brawl for me is the dodge roll, which is awesome for messing with people, just dodge rolling all their attacks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Not a real answer to your question, but you could play SSBM or SSBB on your PC:

Try the Digimon Rumble Arena Series or the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Melee (i liked this one a lot).

Megabyte Punch seems to be the kind of thing you're looking for. Can't really think of any other games remotely like SSB.
Can't really think of any on the top of my head. There's the Dolphin emulator so you can play the games on PC (and try out some of the mods for Brawl such as Project M, Brawl -, etc.).

I found this post on the smash boards that suggest a few games (not entirely PC but there's a few):

All the posts were good but I tried this, just the demo. Although it appears to lack my favorite dodge roll it is actually pretty good, I like the idea, though not quite brawl its better in its own way. Thanks!

I've had issues getting Dolphin to work right on my PC.
Regardless of the settings or game, it always crashes after about 25-45 minutes of playing.
I've even tried going to earlier and/or later versions, and it still occurs.
Not too bad for a game like SSB, I guess, but it drives me nuts.
Never get this problem with other emulators.
But then again, that's comparing apples to oranges (to bananas to mangoes).
