They're just lovely, one thing though...

Why Thespian hasn't checked this thread! :)

Just kidding, they look so cool!

F1ach: Our two new arrivals, born the week Star Trek ID was released ...well its better than Spork and Dork which my daughter wanted to name then :)

They are Rhodesian Huskeys

Cross between Rhodesian Ridgeback and Siberian Huskey.

Elmofongo: I have a female miniature black schnauzer named Belle:

(Note that this is not her exactly, but the dog looks exactly like her only that my dog is more furrier)
Wow, I always thought schnauzer dogs were a different type with smooth hair (dunno why tbh), but that is one evil bad ass looking dog (no offence, I mean it in a cool way) :)

tinyE: I almost forgot, while I think their names are adorable, if you dress them up in Federation attire I'm afraid I may have to never acknowledge your existence again. I give most people the creeps and those people in turn ask me who gives me the creeps and I point to the folks that do stuff like that. I assure you this isn't Trek bias. I'm not real keen on people dressing their dogs up as Storm Troopers either. :D
That is what my wee girl tells the boys, she is threatening to go into The Forbidden Planet and buy Star Trek costumes for the dogs, between that and calling them Spork and Dork, or going up to the dogs using the vulcan V sign and saying Nanu Nanu, SHAZBOT!!!! ( Mork and Mindy reference, actually she calls them Mork and Mindy sometimes too), or using the Vulcan V sign abd saying "May the force be with you!" Or going up to Kirk and saying ..."The dork is strong with this one"...

Man she really rips the piss out of the lads :)

Zangtesu: Amazing dogs :) I'm the proud owner of a female Siberian Husky and let me tell you if they have inherit more genes from the Husky parent instead of the rhodesian one, you will deal with a very stubborn dog, but in the end you will be amazed by the things they do because they are a very smart breed.

Cheers
I was originally getting a SH from the pound, (but somebody else got dibs on her first), but my wife saw some videos on YT of that breed and while it show how intelligent they were, if they were not kept mentally stimulated, they could become incredibly destructive...but some of the videos were awesome :)

Probably thought I was giving them away and was disappointed he couldnt post that he "wasn't in", though, i imagine he would probably have been "in" for a giveaway like that :)

Well I have the luck that mine at home is very quiet and lazy :P (sleeps a lot in the most strange positions), but on the street is very snob :)
