darthspudius: I have done many times and they both look great. I have no idea what you're getting at.

Punished_Snake: Have you played Ps2/Xbox or PC/PS3/360 version? Because yes, PS2 version is great, but PC one is awful, and boring like hell.
Iv completed the xbox, xbox 360 and pc versions twice each. PC version plays just fine and easily my favourite.
Well, then it's a straordinary case, since on Steam Game hub all users have problems with tha game, and even if tweaked, the game is very ugly to look at.

Also four out ten missions are located in the same level, the enemy base (yes, with additional rooms, but it's always the same level).

I played all SC games, but this one...I hate it.
Double Agent is one of the worst PC ports ever made. It looks terrible. If you have an Xbox 360 I would play it there.

Gameplay wise it is massively inferior to Chaos Theory. The "undercover" missions inside the base were really well done I thought, definitely made me feel like a spy. The other missions were all terrible though, too short and very simplistic. The level design was poor, the visual design was alright but nothing special. Every level feels like half a level and not worth playing. Easily the worst game in the series for me.

The recent Blacklist game is actually pretty good. Definitely has me interested in the series again after the two previous entries were terrible.

Yeah, Blacklist is easy but it's good, not a masterpiece but better then Convinction for sure.

Conviction seemed to be too focused on being a fps at times, but I thought it was a pretty decent game after playing DA

EDIT: agree about blacklist, much better than previous two and makes me hope for another in the series.

Four missions, while there are 9 missions officially plus one other mission if you've scored a hign fidelity to NSA...it means, half of the game is in the same location.

I hate to burst your bubble but this is quite a common thing in games.
