Sword-wielding gamers, shirt-ripping retailers, cake-eating customers, and ass-kicking Heads of Marketing--you will find that and much more in this series of short videos we have prepared for you guys to watch over the weekend. You can watch the first one below, but stay tuned because we will upload a new video at 12:00 PM EDT every day until Monday.

What are they for? What are they advertising? We won’t say--you know how we are--but you can look at our “Making of” album for the videos here, if you’d like to speculate wildly ;)

Find out what we’re up to when the “Newer, Fresher, Bigger” GOG.com lands Tuesday at 09:00 AM GMT. Hope you guys enjoy the videos!

Lol very cool and very groovy music.

TheEnigmaticT: It was an already-broken laptop.
Phew, good to know it didn't belong to someone's badly-behaved teenage daughter! On the other hand, in that case the whole internet would be aware of GOG now. ... ;)

Ubivis: Complementary Cake??

I hoped for Pizza :(
But the Pizza is a lie!

The music is bugging me, actually. I know the tune, but can't quite remember from where; I think it was used by a Czech TV talk show, but I may be wrong there. Tried searching for it, but with no success.

Everyone wants DRM free Pizza
Good stuff.

gibbeynator: If that was a shot at Valve... it doesn't make sense. If anything, it looks more like they're praising Valve.
I dunno, having to dress up in armour to play a game and then making you rage and thrash your PC doesn't seem like praise to me.

Cool video, guys, i'm thrilled for the next one
Ok, the reference is very obvious, but someone had to post THIS:

Are you implying that DRM is as efficient a way to protect games as the Black Knight at guarding his spot?
Also: Since GOG is going to start releasing "New" titles now, does this mean that we will get more than 2 releases per week?
Great video! :D
I'd like to know what music you used at the beginning of this video.

It's sounds like Grim Fandango.

OMG, LUCAS ARTS WILL BE ON GOG ;)

I haven't seen the video yet since youtube is blocked at work, but based on this post I can only assume that GOG will start protecting future releases with moats.

:(

Ha, ha!

That red "valve" on the back of the knight's helmet is too explicit to be subliminal ;-)

Longcat: Nope, all good now :)

The problem wasn't the unlisting, it's your linking system, pretty easy to change a digit.

Do I get a cookie?

Aaw, no cookie :(

Respect fading... fading... gone.

Hmm, now where should I post these HD GoG commercials?
Incidentally; there's still a fourth video you haven't seen. ;)

Hooray for taking too long to upload it, I guess. It's up now. And private. Bwahaha.
Yeah, I regreted not waiting for that;)

But I still have the two remaining commercials in 1080p mp4 format on my HD ;)

A simple thank you would have sufficed. Bwahaha.
