Oh, ok... I get it now.

Ok, a quick look at the gamestop page shows that all games have "Territory: Worldwide", so GOG.com shouldn't have any regional restriction problems (hopefully), and on the protection they all say "Impulse::Reactor". Is that Gamestop's client, which means that they may be persuaded to release them drm free as well, or is it a more restrictive protection scheme?

BARRY QUICK ! POST LINKS TO ALL LUCAS ARTS GAMES ON THE WISHLIST !
Holy Batman! That is absolutely fantastic news! I'm surprised this appears to have happened so quickly though. It's very hard to believe that everything has been rushed through in... how long has it been since the news of the acquisition? A week?
Well, this confirms my theory that Disney, after buying Lucas Film, will be interested in getting as much money as fast as possible.

One can only hope so.

GOG! Get on this now! :-D

Although I'm guessing you already are.

Looks like GameStop is only selling the same LucasArts games that have been available on Steam for a long time. It would be a lot more exciting if they were offering something new.
Okay... So they're available worldwide, and it seems that it's also the same price worldwide? At least, if I convert the price I'm shown in Danish Kroner to American Dollars, it comes to almost exactly $10 for the upper tier of those prices. Plus the Danish price is a weird number, suggesting it has indeed been converted from USD.

I'm impressed, GameStop...

I wonder what DRM is involved?

Edit: Never mind. It's Impulse, of course.

A-to the FREAKING-MEN!

Especially since I want to play them ASAP on whatever computer I'm on, regardless of platform. I wonder if TheEnigmaticT's extensive game collection extends to the vast majority of the GOOD LucasArts library. ;)
