MSNBC and Fox news are for some good comedy relief sometimes. Fox news also has some pretty news anchors. I avoid all the US big news outlets myself especially during election time, they all have their political slant and that includes CNN.

Yeah, our news has become comedy. Does that seem right to you?
Anita? Is that you? Oh wait, it's someone else. My mistake.

"It's a man in this game..."

I'll be honest, it's been awhile since I've touched Mass Effect (didn't beat it), but can't you play as a woman?
EDIT: Nevermind, Geoff answered that question for me.

No, it sucks...but what can you do. Watch news programs from other countries. I'm actually sick of local news doing human interest stories and what happened on survivor last night. I usually watch news a half hour after it airs so when I hear one of those coming I fast forward right through it. My local news usually takes me about five minutes to watch.

Well the first step is to stop watching that crap. If nobody is watching, these corporations might stop unleashing that shit upon us poor Americans and the world will be a better place.

Anyone else still wondering if the kid decided to play "daddy's" gam, what'd be the chances of a young child picking the right dialogue options to have sex? Adding to the fact, most would probably try skip all cutscene/dialogue just to shoot stuff typically.

You American actually make we glad of the ultra-PC news world of UK and Ireland...

Did you guys miss all the news stories when the original Grand Theft Auto came out? There was even a wonderful lawyer that wanted to sue the shit out of the developer for creating it.

She is not alone. There is an army of em, unfortunately like the white walkers in Game Of Thrones.

We heard the news about the news if that makes sense.

Also surprised the game journalist didn't burst into laughter during it.

I rarely turn on any of those channels. Usually the only reason to turn it on is when you hear something happened (such as the Boston bombings), find out what happened and then turn the crap off. Other than that, my local news I usually just watch the weather to see if it will be hot as hell or I need some raingear.
Also, Fox News tells us that Modern Warfare 2 trains us to become terrorists.

This quote got me:
"It's very realistic."

All I am saying, it's the same shit. God fearing folk in the US, just appalled at something they heard in the pews and need to rant and rave about the world going to hell in a hand basket. Most of us in the US tend to ignore it.

I was too busy laughing at the game journalist's facial reactions to the discussion.
Oh, and video games now give people cancer.

Is games even out long enough for doctors to test if children will get cancer in later life?
