I just found them - they've been established since 2006 complaining that there is only a handful of them playing.

Seeing as the server has been running for six years now with just a skeleton crew says a lot for the developers' sense of commitment however.

Tried EvE, from which this game seems to be cloned, I didnt really like it, the PvP punishment seemed very harsh financially compared to other MMO's.

I haven't been back to investigate carefully but I don't think that Starport has an online store.
It's a 4X's Space Opera like Sword of the Stars, Sins of a Solar Empire, Master of Orion and Armada 2526.
