Hi,
I'm having an itch to play some arcade racer that would relax me. Was playing Carmaggedon from here, but the game stutters for me. Wonder if there are more arcade racers available on GoG?

GOG's catalogue in this area is limited unfortunately, but I can give you an alternative that will cost nothing. It's from an abandonware site though, you can't legally get it anywhere... Check your PM.

Motoracer 1 and 2 are quite good. Motoracer 3 went overboard with the arcade feel. You sleep and slide like few other car race games.

Not quite in the same genre, but free, is skyroads. It's kind of a fun arcade game from 20 or so years ago. http://www.bluemoon.ee/history/skyroads/

World Rally Fever would probably suit your needs fairly well.
From the link that Licurg gives you, check out Big Red Racing. It's one of my favourite racing games.

I still have the original CD for that one. It's one of the best racing games I've ever played. If by best you mean batshit insane gameplay and a ridiculous variety of tracks.

I loved taking my swap boat off the track on the bayou level.

Not to mention that it was one of the first racing games that I played where there were short cuts available, if you could find them.

The language does get a bit salty at times, but I thought the recordings were the best part of the game.

Screamer is a decent racer once you get past the rather idiosyncratic handling of the cars - and quite blatantly a Ridge Racer rip-off.

Oh, and it's not available on any digital distribution platform any more, ostensibly for licensing reasons, but Outrun 2006: Coast 2 Coast is my choice for best PC arcade racer of all time. It's DRM-free, so you should be able to pick up a used copy off eBay or Amazon or something.

Flatout is a super-fun arcade racer.
FlatOut and FlatOut 2.

Did you try the Windows patch? This is how I got my Carmageddon working free of stutter.

If it's arcade racing you're after, I recommend Trackmania Nations Forever. It has a shitload of tracks, online multiplayer, a level editor, and best of all, it's free.

Elenarie: FlatOut and FlatOut 2.
And since the latter is still not in GOG, you can buy it from DotEmu instead (DRM-free too).

DRM-free on GG, too. Just zip the game's files after installation.
