Death of animals happens, a lot. And, specifically, Taxidermy is much less about death than it is about life, quite often - bringing something that has died back to resemble a snapshot of life. (The fine points where things become immoral is if someone specifically kills an animal for taxidermy; kills simply to document death.)]
