TR4 engine, the free The Times level and the editor have been out for a while. Didn't even know people went as a far as to make whole new standalone adventures (with own exe's). Yes, I live under a very big rock.
Nice.
Thanks for the heads up, though looking at the site itself you wouldn't really know any of the things you mention.
Search for TR4 levels with a rating over 7. There'll be quite a few 100-300MB packs many of which are standalone games.

Yes, black and white movies make black and white levels.
Thanks for pointing this out!

It's real tomb raider all right, got stuck right at the beginning :D
When i try to unzip the TR1 remake, Avira AntiVir informs me that there's a virus or malware program "TR/Patched.Gen" in tomb4.exe. False positive? There are quite a few people complaining about a TR/Patched.Gen trojan on the net though, and most are not related to Tomb Raider ... So maybe I'd be better off not to risk it.

Anyway, great find. I was able to unzip and open "Mists of Avalon - First Clues" without any AntiVir warnings and it looks better than I remembered. I knew about the editor but I didn't know you could do such cool things with it.

Does anyone know how to change the graphic options though? When I first started the game, I was asked to set the resolution etc. but only once, and now I can't find any options or setup program to change them, and even deleting and freshly 'installing' didn't help. I assume the game hid a config file in the My Documents folder or anywhere else? I'd be grateful if someone knew the answer! :)

PS: You should advertise this in the Free Games & Mods thread, too.

Could be something related to code hacks adding "next gen" stuff and game being abbreviated to TR.
If you don't like the exe, try the one from the TRNG editor http://www.skribblerz.com/editortools.htm Unpack the installer with winrar and find Tomb4.exe and Tomb_NextGeneration.dll, copy to the remake folder.

Create a shortcut to the game's exe and in its properties add -setup at the end of the command line.
