If it's not already been promised to someone else, I'd love to give Sam & Max: Beyond Time & Space a try :)
We've already traded words on this, so you know where I stand man. I'll be glad to see you around here when you feel like, and keep chasing that joy!

Oh, and definitely feel free to PM me for discussions, including on Grimrock. That game is some solid dungeon goodness!
I am sorry you are leaving Tarnicus. I was just beginning to know you, being that I became active in the forums last week. However, I can sure understand setting your priorities in order. It's not difficult to have an unbalanced life playing video games, or spending too much time in forums for that matter. I wish you success in future life endeavors and know that if you ever decide to come back the door will be left open for you.

There are only a few games on your list I do not have, and only one I want. But I can afford to buy it. Plus I have so many games I haven't even tried yet. So I'd rather have games go to those who would be more grateful.

Have a happy and fulfilling life.
I just wanted to say that I'm sad to see you go, and that I hope we can stay in touch. It's a shame to see some of my favorite people on this forum moving on, but I do understand. I just hope you consider returning at a later time. Take care of yourself!
Sorry to hear that you had to go. I was reading your post about "remembering to smile", and I remembered one of my favorite writers, Leo Buscaglia. He once said, “Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a
listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.”

I'd like to be in for these games, and thank you for the giveaway:

Wasteland 1
Aarklash: Legacy
S2: Silent Storm Gold Edition
Eador: Genesis
Etherlords 2
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura

F4LL0UT: Oh, and lemme add that TinyE was also about to leave the forums once when some things were bothering him but he actually SAID what's bothering him and people convinced him that it's no big deal - and he's still around, he seems happy and the GOG community has kept one of its most remarkable and hilarious members.
^THIS ALSO!!!
You can stop kissing my ass now, I made it quite clear, NO MORE HAND JOBS!
Hate to hear your leaving but i can understand a little of why but i hope one day you do return you always seemed to be a pretty awesome person every time i saw you around the forums.

If there is any chance of it i would love to have a copy of ftl advanced, always loved the idea of it running with the baddies just behind in a pretty random universe while keeping your ship and crew alive.

No matter what i hope this work out well for you and take care!

The weird thing is that I'm pretty sure I've spent a lot more time on the GOG forum than I've spent playing GOG games. And more than half the games I have here, I've never even downloaded.
When I see another post like this it makes me worried that the GOG I know and love will never be again!! When I started here I could not believe the great community that I was lucky enough to find. Now it seems some of those who made it great are leaving. I am sad to see you go but I wish you all the best in the future and please check back if you can.

God knows this community has been generous enough to me that I do not need more point and click adventures. (Not that there can ever be enough point and click adventures...just saying.)

BTW check back in a couple of days for my birthday giveaway!!!

I read the first few pages of this thread before jumping to page 5 and the thought occurred...

"Goodbye moving on" > "I'm in for x game" > "Sorry to see you go" >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>No more hand jobs.

I'll check again on page 10

:)
Things change…things happen…I hope you will be here again sometime..
Eador: Genesis and Aarklash: Legacy, with deepest thanks and appreciation for your goodwill
Sad to see another go. Best of luck Tarnicus.

Please count me in for:
Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
Trine 2: Complete Story
I joined during the fall Insomnia but didn't start posting until this one, but I have to say I admire your commitment to the facts. I've been in that position before and it's quite draining, but perhaps you'll be better served with a break rather than a disappearance. Regardless, I wish you the best in the future!
Thanks to the giveaway.
I'd like a chance with Divinity: Dragon Commander and Book of Unwritten Tales.
Have a good one!
