Glad you've changed your mind - too many good people have left recently :(

If still available I'm in for Eador: Genesis. Thanks.

wolfsrain: First, glad to see some good news about you and that nice cat of yours. And, yeah, like i said before, more pics with him. He is a great looking cat after all:P

As for a choice, would love to try Legend of Grimrock.
How have I not gifted you anything yet other than some great talk about anime?

The 3 above requests have all been met, so time to edit the list again :)

Thanks. Seen the talk about Grimrock, looked at all reviews and gameplay videos, missed it every time when it was bundled. I like that old Gameplay, as i don't have much in the reflex area (broke my arms as a kid pretty badly and mobility afterwards was down at 80% and as i've got older my reflexes got worse - so not much in RTS/action/FPS games lately).

I've taken Legend of Grimrock for a spin and it is definitely the recreation of the feeling I got when playing Eye of the Beholder for the first time, which was what I was hoping for :) Even though it is a version of 'real time' i.e the creatures move if you just sit there, reflexes don't appear to be required.
Good to hear. I need stuff to relax, not to mash my keyboard left and right.
Great news about the operation, it will be SO much better when done, things like that can really drag you down (voice of experience speaking here!). Just downloading Eador and can't wait to play - thank you :)

Tarnicus: His typing skills have also been limited due to injury. "When it rains, it pours" seems to be the appropriate analogy for the health condition of our household. We just got back from taking him to the vet and he is on anti-biotics due to an infection from fighting. Maybe there is a lesson in here for me also, but I doubt I'll take heed of it until it smacks me in the face :D

He isn't very happy about being sentenced to indoor healing time but he'll just have to get used to it. The vet was surprised by his size and commented on his weight, which was 8.5kg, just shy of 19lbs!! Given that he has lost fat and put on muscle, I'm quite impressed. He was most likely sired by a feral cat and it shows in more ways than one.
How many days will he have to remain indoors? My previous cat started going crazy if he wasn't allowed to go outside for a few hours. Come to think of it, I haven't encountered a single domesticated cat that didn't go crazy at being prevented from going outside.

Hi again Tarnicus and welcome back. Glad to hear things are looking better lately.

Also, if Etherlords is still up for grabs, i'd love to load that one up and play, Thanks!
Finding the right "balance" is hard to do sometimes. I find myself going through very hot and very cold periods all the time. It's tough but it's just something that happens and I have to deal with it. We get through it somehow and it's "on to the next one".

Good luck in your journey.

I'd like to try Still Life. I like games with Dark themes and a good plot. Both of which Still Life is supposed to have. Hope you can survive your cat till you can finally let him out.
Great news about the surgery funds. Congrats!

At the rate he is going, zero days indoors. He's been in for 2 days and went nuts this morning so we let him out. If he isn't allowed out, he turns on the other 3 cats which makes for a very disruptive household.

Well, at the very least, it seems that the injury hasn't prevented him from being high-spirited. Then again, my previous cat had a nasty eye injury and he wouldn't accept our no to his exit.

I'll just wish a speedy recovery to the both of you. ;)
There's a lot more tuna where that came from.
If it's not too much to ask, and you haven't re-homed them yet, I would certainly be interested in the Realms of Arcania trilogy you are offering. Those went on sale when I was pinching pennies and their normal price is just a bit too high for a series that I haven't actually played before.

More importantly, I am very glad to hear that you will be remaining a part of the community, Tarnicus. Very sorry to hear about you and your kitty's injuries, but I am glad that you are both on the mend. If your vet is shocked by a 19 lbs cat, they'd flip their lid at my biggest boy. While he tips the scales at around 25 lbs, he isn't overly chubby, just a darn big kitty. Even other cat owners who visit are surprised by how large he is. =^.^=
