Virama: Ah, but do they actually REPORT them?

I mean, I've been to Singapore/Kuala Lumpur/etc a few times and man, these guys are nuts on the roads! SO many dings on every car, it's like... Crazy.

Try Bangkok. At rush hour, all traffic regulations are null and void. Officially.

ooo I was in Saigon a few years ago and they definitely consider traffic lights and stop signs to be suggestions or else ignore them completely. Try crossing a street on foot and you will feel like Frogger.

I have no idea about Bangkok, Hanoi, or Saigon, but try Jakarta and Surabaya (both in Indonesia). For me, you would never find more wretched roads of scum and villainy than in here *sigh*
