ChrisSD: Seriously, was this prompted by Guilty Gear again? Why don't people ever name the game when they start topics like this?! :P Every time they always make vague statements about "trends" but don't tell you no facts.
I demand facts! And cake!
JKHSawyer: Recent announcement that ArmA and Original War will leave GOG (Both I own on GOG and Steam already), which lead to me looking at all the games GOG lost over the years (about 19 in total, not counting ArmA).
I'm aware this happens at every DD store, it still irks me Steam took down Wolfenstein 2009 and Quake Wars :S
However, when it happens to GOG, it's really sad, since I see this place as a game museum of sorts.
What a shame. From what lazydog says, I don't think they're removing it from GOG? Multiplayer is moving to Steam but you can still connect to an IP address directly, I think.
And it's not everyday that GameSpy closes down so this sounds more like a one off. And once Galaxy Of Gog is released this will be even less likely to happen.
