Welcome back, lugum. I'm curious: why couldn't you post on the forum before? Was the site broken for you or did you piss off a Blue? Or just didn't feel like posting? I'd really like to know, but if the information is too personal then I don't mind if you choose not to share.

Anyway, not in. But to answer your question: I'm in a weird mood/loop where I constantly feel like I need a break from work. That is funny, because currently I only work for about a week MAX per month. I'm a little bit depressed 'cause I would like more work, therefor more money: but then again the depression prevents me looking for another job with great intensity (I've only written two applications during the last couple of months). So, I use most of my free time either playing games or hanging out with my girlfriend. I guess you could therefor say I actually need a break from life: abandon the rat race, sell all my possessions, and move to a tropical island somewhere in the Pacific, and returning as a reborn man after enough time has passed (or not return at all). Although, I'd never have the balls to actually do it.

But that's not saying I'm not happy: I am. Theoretically, my life is pretty good compared to many others. Even with the low income, I get by if I regulate and skip the luxuries; I love my GF and she's awesome; and even though I use a lot of time just playing games, I don't feel miserable afterwards. I like to spend time with myself only.

(in case someone decides to call me out: I don't exploit the social services. I wasn't raised a bum. I'm also not a hippie)

I'm not in need of a normal break, but in need of a lucky break. I've been going for long enough without anything to do except housework and volunteering jobs. I want to get back out there and build on the future!

Not in but I haven't been laid in twenty years so yeah, I need a break. Obviously I don't need to mention the type of break I need. :D
