It's OVER!!! Congratulations to Ghildrean! Thanks everyone who joined!

Hi everyone! A couple of days ago I misclicked during a purchase, buying a game I didn't really want. People at the customer service were so kind to turn it into a bonus code for a $5.99 game (full price, while I was buying in a promo), HUGE THANKS (and I mean HUGE)!

BUT I bought an avalanche of games during the last week-end (and I also like too much to lurk and challenge my ninja skills with forums giveaways or puzzles), so I have decided to give it away.

Rules:

- It's a simple raffle, just state that you're in to be in.
- No rep or join date restrictions.
- I'd really love if you could also post the name of one game that every gamer's library must have. It doesn't matter if it is on GOG or not, but no console games, please. State if you're not in for any reason =).
- 1 user = 1 chance, but you can enter for someone who can't do it for whatever reason (connection issues, etc.)
- Deadline: Thursday, 20th February, around 9 PM GMT+1.
EDIT: the deadline could be postponed of some hours.

Good luck everyone and thanks to GOG!

I'm in, thx! Every gamer has to have LBA 1&2 :) +rep for U!
I'm in, thanks!

Every gamer should have at least one version of Civilization.
I'm in and +1 for your generousity :)

Planescape : Torment....naturally.

It has so much replay value and content, its a tragedy that it is so well known but so little played cos ppl dunt lik 2 reed :(
Thanks for your generosity, ExiL0n!

Please, count me in.

You didn't say what genre(s) you're interested most, so I'm going to name my usual suspects: Deus Ex, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, Wing Commander series, Dungeon Keeper series, The Witcher series... all of them on GOG. ;)

I'll go in and since you were kind enough to specify it not having to be on GOG I'll say 'Age of Empires 1'. Yes it's getting old and it's showing it's age, but I really don't know if I'd be a PC gamer at all if it weren't for that title. No AOE and I likely become a console user and no one wants that! :O
I would like to have a shot, thank you for the opportunity.

As for must have video game, for me it got to be Psychonauts. The game is original in every aspects. Never thought 3D platforming could be so much fun before.
I'm in, thanks for the giveaway! (and thank you, GOG customer service, for being cool) :D

One game every gamer should have: Spelunky. Seriously. Slap some moolah down for a controller or four, and it will be the best co-op game you've ever seen! All the hours I've wasted getting secret characters...but seriously, go get it, if you haven't already! :3
I'm in. Thanks!

Every gamer needs to at least give Thief a try. Not only is it still fun today, its a significant part of gaming history. (Give it 2 or 3 levels at a minimum before deciding its not fun as it does have a slow build to some). And try to play it stealthy. Most of the people I know that didn't care for it, tried to play it like a shooter. ;)
Thanks for the giveaway.

Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale, two good classic rpgs which give you hours of good fun.
I am in

All gamer must have Starcraft Broodwar. For me is the best RTS of all time. Better than SC2, AOE2, All C&C and many others cool RTS games.

RTS maybe is an specific genre for games. Many gamers don't try RTS. If some curious guy wants to sumerge in RTS world, must live the Starcraft experience. One of my favourite PC Exclusive games, maybe my favourite. I know there's a N64 version but... you know..., has other gameplay... is more like a game of cult. A piece of collection, don't try it. Try the PC Version with mouse and keyboard, of course.

sorry for my bad english and thank you for ur giveaway

I'm in.

And only one? There are a few games that I think should be in everyone's library. I would like to say that I think that Planescape should be in everyone's library, as it has my favourite game story of all time, but I'm actually leaning more towards Civ 2. It's not only an outstanding game, it's also surprisingly easy to get into, and it runs on almost anything. Also, the wonder videos are still the best the series has to offer.
