Thank you so much for the giveaway, K_1269! I'm in for The Book of Unwritten Tales.
After reading the first sentence of the its ad. in GOG's page, I already knew I'm going to like the game: "Travel through a beautifully presented world that is a twisted image of almost every popular fantasy land you’ve visited in games, movies, and books". The word "twisted" is the key here, since it kind of connotes a "distinct comment" on what's written before. You may believe that there's nothing new on this earth, yet when you make it your own and create something beautiful out of it, it becomes new for you and possibly for the others as well. You hold your own "book of unwritten tales" (The game has a very good title, by the way).
I never cared much about those who said that the classic point & click adventures were dead! Anyone who still holds a sense of adventure while playing video games already knows that "adventure" is the special ingredient that makes the video games go on! I've read many positive comments about the game and how it manages to be a very good old-fashioned adventure with a unique sense of humour. For example GameOver.gr says, "Never in the past decade we've seen such a well-built comedy/ fantasy adventure game, filled to the brim with great narration, sense of purpose and feelings of joy and despair. An absolute must have for every "adventurer". As an "adventurer", I can hardy wait to play it!
