Evening and Welcome :)
Slave Zero would be great to have here. We have a wishlist for game requests. While there vote for Planescape Torment and System Shocks :)

As others have said, there are proper channels for this sort of thing. That said, I have reminisced about Slave Zero on this board before. I'd love to be able to play it again as well.

I never had the chance to play. The only contact (beside previews from various magazines) I had with this game was a demo that unfortunately never worked with my old P 233 MHz. Is it good?
I still have the soundtrack from years ago... it plays sort of like the 'mech' sections of Shogo in a way but i felt it was more fun!
One of my top nostalgia gaming picks.
I'd imagine that GOG are already trying as hard as they can to get Atari on board. But even if / when that does happen there is still the fact that Atari have a lot of titles that were a lot more popular than this one.
Hee, I've got the original big box of Slave Zero. It's pretty awesome, though it uses some archaic DRM that doesn't work in XP and above, so the only option is a crack.
when I read the title I was confused between Bioware's Subject Zero and Boba Fett's Slave one.
I fondly remember this game....Awesome that they have it on PC. HOPEFULLY, it makes it here.
I want to get this game in D3D. when I set "Display Mode Wanted" to "-1" like another post in this forum suggested and run game and select either "primary" or "secondary" in video options my rig locks up :'(

I don't like that while nglide is set to 32bit color the game still looks just like 16bit color. I hate what 16bit color does to a games textures since video cards have not supported dithering in 16bit color for many years.

plus I SO WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME IN 3D VISION!!!!! 3D vision is supported in this game with a rating of Excellent. however while nglide renders to D3D9 nglide has NO support for stereoscopic 3D WHATSOEVER. it just renders in 2D while my IR reciever is on.

I just want to play the game in D3D so it is in REAL 32bit color and 3d.

any help in achieving this goal would be much appreciated.

I have attached a screenshot to show this is not real 32bit color.

Instead of necroing the thread in General Discussion section, try your luck on the game's subforum:

No amount of rendering magic can give you 32bit colors if the textures are only 16bit.

And as zeffyr remarked, this belongs in the Slave Zero forum.

is there a way to move the thread to the right place or do I need to repost?

there is a 32bit texture option but It can't be selected in Glide mode.
