I don't think that article comes close to Poe's law. It's very obviously a fake, and so over-the-top that it spoils the illusion. If you want the perfect example of Poe's law, have a look at Anti Spore. Read the blog posts from the bottom up, and check some of the comments.

Fifeldor: I wouldn't call it trolling - basically it's a well-written satirical review aiming to expose all kinds of sensitivities people have. The correct way to read this is just read it, laugh, wink at the writer, and check the comments for some more laugh.
I wouldn't call it satirical, or a review, the fact he outright talks utter bollocks, spouting falsehood after falsehood.. to me, it is nothing but very badly pulled off trolling. If the writer had played the game, and could use actual true moments, rather than making it up as he goes along... it would be a lot better than the piss poor attempt that was posted.

Unfortunately, there is a (not so ) remote possibility of someone reading this, not identifying that this is indeed a parody and agreeing blindly to whatever is appearing as said said in name of religious beliefs.

Not at all, just tell him that he's in the 1% on those graphs, and he should be 'aware' of other Skyrim'ers' out there.
Must. Play. Skyrim.

Thinking that it's written by genuine fundie numpties and believing the information they provide is 100% accurate are two different things.

To be fair though, the amount of fundie loonies that I've debated at length with is enough to make the line between parody and genuine a little blurry (although not in this case).

According to those pie charts you're already playing it, Jimmy.

Lol. He doesn't believe what is being said, just believes the writer is serious. I told him anyway thoug. "That's great." was his response.
