Before playing a game for the 1st time, i always read a manual. Also i love wallpapers too.

I can't say it's always the same extra. Older games seem incomplete without a manual. With newer ones it's not important. I seldom change wallpapers but I really do appreciate it when a game comes with one that makes me want to change. Soundtracks are always a big plus. Avatars and such I've never used. Overall... I think the manual is the most important.

My favorite extras are things like design documents, scripts, etc. Of course manuals are the most useful and soundtracks are great to have, but from a pure novelty standpoint I love being able to read any kind of behind the scenes details about a game.

Not in, though the game looks cool, but my electric computer seems too weak to run this.

Apart from OSTs and manuals, I'd love to see concept art included as extras. Making-ofs and postmortems as well as papercraft models would be awesome to get too.

I Live! Mostly. As for extras, I think I'd like a stylized manual, not just a pdf with some text or whatever, haha. But the soundtrack would also be cool, tbh.

For me it is the wallpapers, I have mine on a ten minute rotation, and interesting new additions are always welcome.

I'm playing Wasteland at the moment and I really appreciate having all 3 manuals. Especially the "Wasteland Survival Guide", which is like a vague walkthrough in a narrative form. It's fun to read and gives hints at the same time!

The extras I like best are artwork and short novels or comics accompanying a game. I don't care much about avatars, wallpapers and (with some exceptions) soundtracks.

i think of all the extras i like having the soundtrack the most, just barely beats out the manual. (because nothing beats holding it in my hands) I dont know how many times ive had a good soundtrack run through my head over and over, now i can do more then listen to my teeth.

I think just about all games should come with a manual..especialy strategy games.
