As some of you know, I love a good point-and-click adventure once in a while and with all the indies and new releases recently I want to share a real classic with you, Simon the Sorcerer.
If you like point-and-clicks as well or if you want to try one, replay or collect this wonderful classic, get in!

Prize: Simon the Sorcerer (GOG)

Requirements: Join date before May 2014 and no minimum Rep this time.

- The key is for personal use
- You can enter for someone else, who's already in
- The giveaway will run for 1 week
- Random.org will decide

To enter, say that you're in and say something related to classic point and click adventures, no matter what. (Let's see who's reading the OP till the end ;-)

Good luck.
Thanks, I'm in.

Look behind you, a three-headed monkey!
Not in but +1

And yes, I did read the OP till the end, I'm just too lazy :P
I normally don't go in for giveaways but I've been itching to try Simon.

I'm in.

As far as something related? Am I the only one who thought the punk rock girl in the original Maniac Mansion was super hot in a primitive Apple// sort of way?
Thanks for your generosity, DeMignon! Please, count me in!

I had the chance to play the two first installments at the time and I greatly enjoyed them. I was truly sad when the developers decided to change the fine art style to 3D in the third one (though they were forced because of publishers refusing a game not using 3D graphics, IIRC), so I skipped that one (damn requirement, 3D almost killed the point'n'click genre.)

“I'm selling these fine leather jackets..." ;)

I'm in for this guy ^ ^

Thanks for the giveaway! Let me leave a nice, shiny, green +1 rep circle on the OP, if I may :P (sorry but I had to go beyond just saying "Thanks and +1")

A point and click, you say? This looks like a job for Captain Welder!

In for this guy, too, 'cause I already own the game, and it's great!

"All your base are belong to us." (Wrong genre, but had to throw that in there XD )

The Walking Dead and Cognition are the most amazingly immersive adventure games I've ever played!

From TWD:
"He's (Duck) always saying I did stuff"
"What kind of stuff"
"Like putting a bug on his pillow."
"Did you do that?"
"..." she flashes an evil grin. "Yes."

Did you get the number of that donkey cart?

+1 for the giveaway, Simon the Sorcerer series is among the finest adventure game I ever played (the second is still my most favorite adventure game) the third was just horrible, the fourth and fifth were decent enough but lack the special humor and feel of the first two games, due to the new German developer - they even made Simon an American in the English translation!
I don't want it, so anyone needs an extra entry?
I'm in and wearing my cat hair syrup mustache just for the occassion.

Thank you to DeMignon for the giveaway, +1!

Mmmm... Maniac Mansion punk chick...

"The bigger they are, the harder I hit!"
Not a fan of P'nC and I literally had to Google "point and click classic quotes" for this one :P
