Anybody know whether the Silent Storm games published by Nival Interactive will be offered by GOG?

Silent Storm and its add-on, Sentinels, were some of the best turn-based Jagged Alliance type games ever made.

Tactical, turn-based, RPG style with a fantastic physics engine. I actually own both games but have trouble running them in Windows 7 x64.

Perfect addition to GOG's catalog if they can patch the game and toss in extras

Nobody knows that, apart from Gog staff. And they won't tell.

And I like that game too.
Silent Storm would fit perfectly in the GoG catalog.

I've personally never played it, but after watching this Let's Play series (by jefmajor, watch it here: http://www.youtube.com/user/jefmajor#grid/user/630D182A3DC13616 ) I can't wait to get my hands on it.

GoG guys, please, consider it.

There is also a third game Hammer and Sickle which I have somewhere in the attic. I remember liking it back then not sure if it is actually any good though. Loved the first two.

Jesus H Christ, I remember hoarding weeks of gameplay with this game. Would love to see it as a part of the catalogue.
Don't forget Night Watch and Day Watch, two other TBS games made with the Silent Storm Engine. Hey GoG, you'd easily have another $50 from me if you released these fantastic strategy games.

Also, if you have trouble running the game, try this (assuming you're getting the unsupported video card error):

This would be a 1st day of release purchase for me if GOG get it and fix the Windows 7 problems. I already own the original and the gold collection but thanks to it's fussy copy protection and the disks being worn even if it ran on W7 it wouldn't install.

I put in a crazy amount of hours on this to the point where I can do game breaking stuff and up skill levels to silly amounts in a fairly short time. That and the way to get a 100 round drum feed machine gun in the early part of the game without cheating. It helps when you deal with the games fairly high difficulty level abit. ;)
I have never, ever played Silent Storm, so I checked out the gameplay videos...

GIMME!!

(I have no idea why I haven't played that, but I sure do want to!)
I remember blind buying Silent Storm and after playing it for hours on end realized that it's one of my favorite games, period.

Sentinels was a bitch and a half to get through. I'll have to look into the third game. I never knew there was one... nice!

So GOG, any news on Silent Storm? :) Silent Storm Gold is about $100 used on amazon.com....

Does anyone know whether the sequels were any good? Silent Storm: Sentinels is about £10 on amazon uk.
Wow, this is interesting... I heard about this title for the first time about 15 minutes ago, despite its very good reviews. It sounds awesome, so someone needs to fix the Win7 problems and rerelease it ;)
i remember playing the demo and loving it, yet i never picked it up.

would buy in a heartbeat.
