taczillabr: Bethesda, just released the game files and a pdf instruction file for installing; to hell with the support for newbies).
TheMadSpin: To be fair, they don't really support their current games, so it's not hard to imagine they wouldn't support old ones.
I once emailed them to ask about a busted quest chain in Oblivion. I'd decided to play as a vampire for a while and then wanted a cure. The problem wound up being a well known bug, but instead of patching it they just emailed me and said, "Yeah, we know about that, just reload a save from before you were a vampire."
I probably saved that email so that I could marvel at it. I should go look.
Yes, isn't really surprising coming from the actual Bethesda, both about the freeware and the bugs.
It's just interesting to see the differences from company to company. Although, maybe maybe it was just a well organized marketing for Railroads, that's why they distributed the game 100% ready for play on dosbox, to promote their new game.
taczillabr: Nice findings. Please add them in that freeware list, and put the official rockstar link also.
Protoss: You can feel free to add it there before I have to fiddle around there. :-)
They are already on the list.
