It's a shame that doesn't currently really mean anything. If it were up to me, people with negative rep would find their posting abilities seriously hindered. Such as 1 topic per 24 hours and 5 posts per 24 hours maximum.

Come on folks, just ignore him. Let his posts simply fall into oblivion instead of keeping them on the first page of the forum. He'll tire of this soon enough, and the less attention everyone gives him the sooner that will be.
